All orders are shipped via USPS from our embroidery shop in Exmore, Virginia. You will receive tracking information once your order is complete and shipped out. Although we can not guarantee delivery dates once your order leaves Bleu Stitch & Embroidery, approximate shipping time is between 3-5 days on orders within the U.S. and Canada.
Understandably, due to the nature of the products sold at Bleu Stitch & Embroidery, personalized items cannot be accepted for return/refund, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All communications must be made within 7 days of receipt. You must notify us in writing of your desire for the refund together with a reason for the request subject to the return of the Product to us in substantially the same condition as when you purchased it. Any refund or return may be subject to restocking fees.
