Understandably, due to the nature of the products sold at Bleu Stitch & Embroidery, personalized items cannot be accepted for return/refund, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All communications must be made within 7 days of receipt. You must notify us in writing of your desire for the refund together with a reason for the request subject to the return of the Product to us in substantially the same condition as when you purchased it.
