All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Any refund or return may be subject to restocking fees.

All orders are shipped via USPS from our embroidery shop in Exmore, Virginia. You will receive tracking information once your order is complete and shipped out. Although we can not guarantee delivery dates once your order leaves Bleu Stitch & Embroidery, approximate shipping time is between 3-5 days on orders within the U.S. and Canada.
